m1000e and m6220 configuration

Hi all

I currently got a m1000e chassi with 2x m600 blades. In A1 and B1 there is the m6220 switches. I have never used any of this equipment before as it was donated to us. 

I was thinking to set the A1 up for the network where in example port 20 is linked up to a dumb switch (no vlan, just a general switch): I have tried to the a1 to simple mode, with no luck. Basicly the blades can not reach the network, so i assume there is a missing link somewhere.

Second, i got a ps5000e san that i was hoping to use on the B2 switch, but firstly to get the networking right for the blades before i add that to mess.
