m620 not detecting mezzanine card

I have a dell m620 with a quad port Ethernet mezzanine card installed  the server do not detect the card, so am left with only the two onboard network cards.the mezzanine card is fine cos it worked in another m610. how can I resolve this to make the card visible/available to the server?

Please share the part number of the mez card that you have installed in M620, to confirm on this.
