Our purpose here is to provide info and insights about the information, knowledge sharing and training which Education Services offers to support Dell Technologies Services.

We will deliver informative, lively podcasts exploring leading technology trends and their link to learning, training and certification. The podcasts will feature subject matter experts, certified instructors, and industry thought leaders who know the connections between Workforce Transformation and the many aspects of Technological Transformation: digital, storage, security, servers, network, cloud.

Our blog posts also investigate the integration of Workforce Transformation and Technological Transformation. These will appear frequently, providing ever-current views of strategies and tactics that will benefit IT organizations and professionals.

Who’s telling you all this? I began a lifetime as teacher/trainer/educator as a middle school English teacher which I followed with increasingly motivating opportunities in corporate L&D in telecommunications, healthcare, information services, and Dell. I have been with Dell Technologies’ Education Services since 2013. My contributions have engaged the individual, the technology, and their work-relation. As a writer, a facilitator, a trainer, and a professional speaker in professional performance development, I most enjoy the interactions with people that allow dynamic Q&A and shared discoveries.
