Can you extend assistance on our CX4-120 EMC Storage? A power outage exceeding our UPS has rendered our EMC to shut off, upon returning of power, the storage is unable to initialize and present the drives to our servers. SPE Indicator (in front) is blinking amber, based on the hardware and operational overview page 27 its running power up tests, but seems to get stuck on that phase. I cannot access both the SPA and SPB Management module as well via IP.
If you have a physical access to your CLARiiON. I would request you to create a Serial Connection (https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-8449) or direct connection to Service LAN port (RJ45), below are the default IP addresses:
SPA: 188.8.131.52 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248
SPB: 184.108.40.206 Subnet Mask 255.255.255.248
Once, you have access to the Management Interface, Could you please check What is the status of SPS and Power Supply? If required, post the screenshots?
