CLARiiON Monitoring Template Questions

I need some help understanding the CLARiiON monitoring templates.

Are the templates Flare specific?

Are the templates backwards compatible with older versions of Flare?

Where can I download these templates?

I use ESRS, but also want to capture all events in my internal NMS via SNMP.  If I enable all events on the General Tab of the template, will that swamp EMC with call homes?  If this does swamp EMC, is the right answer to use 2 templates; 1 for SNMP and 1 for EMC call home?
