I am a new resident onsite at a customer and the former SAN Admin is gone and they left NO passwords.
I've been told that the default passwords are still in place.
For the CX4-480 I've tried admin/password....admin/admin....Admin/admin....admin/Password and none of those works.

you still need to connect to the management port ( i mean physically connect RJ45 to the port on the SP and to you laptop). You must be thinking of a Unisphere for VMAX where you use port 8443 to connect to the application, no such thing on Clariion.
Yes and no --- I know that within Navisphere there is a way to put in the IP address and the management console come up where you can “reboot” the management server.
Is that not the same in Unisphere?
