Can we identify when a specific disk has been replaced?

for the disk replacements, as Dynamox said, you can review your past service requests on PowerLink and look for disk replacements.

As to how long a disk has been in use, you would need to know when the array was installed - all start at the same time, then look at any new additions, then use the replacements from the service requests.

There is no single report that lists that information.
