Claralert with Webex

Where can I find information on how to use Webex?

If I have finished installation of claralert on my managing workstation where do I find the procedure on how to get a webex session going?

I need it to access the remote workstation and service the hardware at that location.

Any direction will help.

There is nothing on this in the clarrion proc. gen.
