Do I need to install power path for a window server?

Do I need to install power path for a window server to connect to EMC SANs vnx 5500 as the storage?

I don't think I need to install MPIO and EMC unisphere agent, do I?

Dynamox and Ernes answered your questions in another thread.  You might want to go and visit https://mydocs.emc.com/ - this site can generate step-by-step documents for the tasks you want to do.  Combined with the documents Dynamox suggested, this will set you up for success.

Windows has native MPIO software, and it's free for charge. But PowerPath has many enhanced features like failover management, auto load-balancing and performance optimization. You can refer to this whitepaper for the details: http://www.emc.com/collateral/analyst-reports/11-10-00-esg-lab-validation-emc-powerpath.pdf
