EMC DX3-10 Sense Cable is Lost
I have a EMC DX3-10 but have lost the following cable:-
DB9 SP to RJ12SPS (Sense Cable) EMC TLA Part Number:038-003-085
Does anyone know if this part number is still available to be ordered from EMC?
If it's NOTavailable, then is there any other EMC Part Number that can substitue the above cable????

There is no alternate Part Number for DB9 Sense Cable. DB9 cable is generic through out the CX Series Family. You may order the original Part itself from EMC. i.e. EMC TLA Part Number:038-003-085.
If your CX3-10 is not covered under any contract you might need to contact Sales and Services.

Unfortunately, EMC does not have an online part store!

The final outcome is EMC Sales of my local region contacted me by phone to know the detail and then they asked a distributor or agent of my area to contact me and finally provide the order information of the cables for us to order. Thanks EMC support and this web site and their whole distribution network that provides a good cyber tool to help me solving the problem.
