  We can download the latest Navisphere Server Software from Powerlink (powerlink.emc.com), the link is given below.

• For FLARE 29 and earlier (Agent, Navisphere CLI, Server Utility, and Storage System Initialization Wizard):
  
  Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Software 
   
• For Release 30 - Unisphere Software (Agent, Server Utility, and Storage System Initialization Wizard):

        Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads T-Z > Unisphere Server Software

NOTE: CLI for FLARE Release 30 is still named Navisphere CLI and can be found under the Navisphere Server Software Site listed as Version 7.30.
