SPS is not working properly

Frequently we received these events from the AX4:
Standby Power Supply (Enclosure 0 SPS B) is not working properly. The storage system will disable write cache if it has no working SPSs. See the storage system Attention Required page for details.
Standby Power Supply (Enclosure 0 SPS A) is not working properly. The storage system will disable write cache if it has no working SPSs. See the storage system Attention Required page for details.
Other equipment estan connected to the same power plant and they do not have problems.
Both SPS, can be failing?

Does this box have standby power supplies? If not, then that's why you are getting the message. If you do then I would open a case with support for this one.

Yes, it has the two SPS, connected and working. Case 30370792 was created

Is it possible that you are getting these warnings as the unit does its scheduled battery tests? I may be wrong about this but I believe that a Clariion will perform a weekly or monthly test, or discharge/recharge cycle on the SPS(s) to insure that the batteries are in good shape.

The batteries have sheduled the batteries test for Sunday 01:00 a.m.
The error happens 2 or 3 times every day. Thank
