lun to windows drive mapping

Is there a utility or anyway to tell which lun is mapped to which drive in windows? I have a cx340 and some drives went offline.

Unless your host is running Navisphere agent, array has no idea about drive mappings.

Re: lun to windows drive mapping

maybe, it depends what it is. Get in touch with support, they might try re-seating the drive, put bad drive into a new drive cradle.

Re: lun to windows drive mapping

With a double faulted (or triple) it all depends which drive died first or second (or third)

Normally the first to fail drive has engaged a hotspare and the 2nd drive has failed (so you would be reseating the 2nd drive)

Although with every double fault is needs to be reviewed in detail to determine what actions should be taken
