According to the KB articles ID8563 "CLARiiON and VNX: What is the meaning of event codes 0x7152811b and 0x71528169?" and ID34180 "MirrorView/A unable to communicate with secondary array to create a protective snap session.", you need to check the connectivity staus between the arrays first. Check switches, cables, and SPs. In the event no connectivity issues are found, it maybe necessary to check the status of the firewall.
