It has been moved. All the Navisphere software is now in one location instead of host OS specific locations:
Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads J-O > Navisphere Server Software

I see everything there that you are looking for. You Powerlink account may not have the correct permissions to view the downloads. Send an email to powerlink@emc.com and tell them what you are unable to view. They will get it fixed for you.
