Re: Celerra Check point failed

This happens sometimes when the creator of the checkpoint isn't authorized to manage the Celerra...  You'll find some files in "/nas/tasks/schedule/" with the name of the schedule and an id... Find the one for the schedule in question and look at it... I think it's for an entry called creator,  and that creator (user name) has to have access to manage the NAS...  If it doesn't,  you'll likely end up deleting and re-creating the schedule... that is the easiest fix..

Re: Celerra Check point failed

If you are not able to access the primus mentioned, you may better open a ticket with support as Peter suggested. They will have a remote session and help you in closing this.

Re: Celerra Check point failed

Do you have checkpoints that do run successfully?  Is there a pattern as to the times of those that fail and those that succeed?  Reviewing the error messages, I see that you scheduled them to run on the hour.  As a test, try scheduling them for 21:10 and 22:10 (10 minutes past the hour).  I typically try to avoid scheduling them from 00 - 05 minutes as that is when other system processes are scheduled to run.
