Celerra VSS Provider Error
I have a Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V Cluster that has 3 nodes. I am seeing the CelerraVSSProvider event ID 1 being generated when we are trying to do backups. We are using Microsoft DPM to perform backups and the Celerra VSS Provider is installed.
Here is the error code we are getting
Error. SnapApiIntf::getDevAttrEx() : -> SnapApi failure: (0x490) SysErr:Element not found.

Hello
Please check server log (server_log server_2) and provide us if there is any error message in the server log about CelerraVSSProvider. I can see couple of documents and they suggest to reste the Clariion management server.
Please check emc99876. I am not sure if this will help us so please check the server log so that we can have more information about this issue.

well the only log file I could find was VssPrvOut.txt on the Hyper-V host and this is the information it has in it
