NS502 to NX4

help, does an NS502 go up to 5.6 nas code? I need to migrate from an NS502 currently running 5.5 to a new NX4, any suggestions?

thanks in advance

if both systems run 5.6 the easiest way would be Celerra Replicator or nas_copy

if you move your NS502 CIFS server to a VDM you can also replicate all the CIFS shares and localgroups that way

you need Replicator licences for that though - but you can ask your local EMC representative about that

not sure about that, let's wait on EMC guys to answer that. If not there is always that host based migration path (robocopy/rsync) but if Celerra replication is supported that would be so much better.
