Centera Replication

Hi all

I am totally new to the Centera world and need some assitance.

I have looked at the System Operators guide, forums and any other online help I can find but this question I cannot find a solution for

I am on a new Centera and I need to setup pools and repliciation

The Centera was setup by an EMc partner so most of the "basic settings" were done

Replication has been enabled

I created a pool and then the profile. The pool is not in use as yet

A day later I decided I wanted to remove the pool from the Centera

Now the DELETE tells me ----> A Replication session is active for the pool

How do I remove an unwanted pool from the replication

Hi Andre,

In Centera once you create a Pool and write data into it then we'll be unable to delete the Pool from the Cluster. Pool size in Centera is virtual so once you move the data from the Pool, the pool will not occupy any space at all.

To remove unwanted Pool from replication please use the command "set cluster replication" to reconfigure the replication settings on the Cluster.
