Hi Paul,
Thaks for your reply. The problem i have is related to the IP address required to connect using either the CLI or the centera viewer. I have just installed the customer cd tools on my laptop. I need to connect to the newly installed centera system. I am using 'admin' as the username and 'centera' as the password which are going through. Unfortunately, when i input the IP address which the CLI prompts, it terminates with a message related to connection failure. I am stuck. Kindly assist.

Make sure you are using the latest version as the new CentraStar versions don't allow the old CLI / CV versions to connect.
