Centera with mixed capacity nodes
Hello,
we have Centera with Gen4LP 1 TB nodes, we can add 8 more nodes in the same cube, so the question is if we add nodes with 2TB disks what space Centera will use. Will it use it only 1TB of 2TB disks or it will use full 2TB.
Centera is configured with parity.

Found the explanation.
"If you add 2 8TB nodes to a cluser consisting of only 4TB nodes, the regeneration buffer will increase fom 2TB(2x1TB disk) to 4TB (2x2TB disk). So the usable space increases by 14TB (2x8TB nodes -2TB buffer increase)."
