CenteraMonitor

My CenteraMonitor won't connect -- it says "Failure retrieving data from cluster". Centera Viewer connects fine.

Any ideas on why CenteraMonitor won't connect?

Also - do you know where I can download the "Global Services" tools (CenteraMonitor, Centera Viewer, etc...)? I can't see to find my CD.

Thanks.

My guess is that the software serial # has to be registered before you can download the updates.

Thank you.
Strange thing.... this does not include Centera Monitor and the Centera Viewer seems to be missing some stuff.

The good news is after installing it, my old Centera Monitor began working again.

This is just utility software that came with my Centera -- to my knowledge it does not have a serial number. We didn't enter one the first time it was installed.

Actually, I have my softoware registered but for some reason it still isn't showing on powerlink. I see the exact same list that you see, Jay.

We upgraded our code on the Centera clusters yesterday and my old Centera tool no longer worked. A local RSS uploaded the required software to the emc web site.
Go to ftp.emc.com/incoming/denton and you will find the software.

Yay - I get some more points, I hope! :-)
