Customer Using Prairiefyre Telephony system, Any API

Hi My custoemr is about to use prairiefyre for their telephony system. Has anyone come across this and will it interface direct with Centera or do they need Nice etc?

ALso is there a list of the supported apps into Centera anywhere?
