After achieved, failed to recall file by double click stub file

Hi Guys

      I downloaded the cta of trial edition and it could successfully achieved  some JPG type files from tier 1 storage to the tier 2 via S3 amazon, but I can not recall the file by double click the stub file, the windows prompt file  was incorrect, did any guy meet this issue and solve it?
