FMA/VE to FMA Appliance Migration
Is it possible to migrate an FMA/VE installation to an FMA appliance? Is there a procedure for doing such? Anyone have experience of achieveing this? Looking to install an FMA appliance and migrate the configuration and database from the FMA/VE installation. Is this possible?

yes, it is simliar to FMA to FMA migration. You can copy the fmbackup outout to the FMA, and then change FMA network configuration as the FMA/VE via rfhsetup. Restart the network to let the networking IP/netmask/gateway/dns/hostname etc same as the FMA/VE, then set the time and timezone. Reboot the machine to make sure the change works. Then fmrestore the output.
