If you are having trouble registering your appliance, the following steps can be used to isolate the cause of the problem:
1) Verify connection and any filtering on your network to ensure 443 traffic can go through:
nslookup console.dpccloud.comnslookup 22.214.171.1242) Check communication on port 443:
telnet console.dpccloud.com 443telnet 126.96.36.1993) Verify packet trace to console:
mtr -br -c 4 console.dpccloud.com -P 443 -T
If you are still unable to register your appliance, please verify connection with the Network Administrator and contact EMC Support.
