We just deployed a CloudBoost Virtual Appliance on ESXi but can not to register it in EMC Cloud Portal, because register´s button does not appear.

It sounds like you were not sent a cloud portal account invitation by licensing. You will need to open a service request for that.
Did you ever get your EMC Cloud Portal login? Let me know so we can ensure you are setup and moving forward.
