This error occurs when the CloudBoost appliance is not able to properly access the assigned cloud store.
- Verify that your cloud store credentials are updated if they have changed.
- Check that NTP is enabled on the CloudBoost appliance and a valid NTP server(s) have been assigned (up to three NTP servers can be assigned from the EMC Cloud Portal).
- Verify User/Group Policies applied at the cloud store to ensure the access ID has permissions to read and write to the bucket.
