Hello Fung20200619,

You added 12 drives? How many drives were in your system prior to adding drives to it?

Hello Fung20200619,

I want to make sure that you have done the following steps in this order.

  1. Add the 2 Disk to the blank slot.
  2. Select a Storage Center from the Storage view.
  3. Click the Storage tab.
  4. Select the Disks node.
  5. Click Scan for Disks
  6. Click Manage Unassigned Disks.
  7. Select Disk Folder "7K"
  8. Click change 2 new disks to assign.
  9. Click Rebalance

Once the rebalances finishes then you should see the new space on the tier.

Hello Fung20200619,

I am going to send you a private message, & if you can enable secure console and provide me with your controller serial# so I can look into your system.
