Preserve Live Volume (Manual Failover) via secondary DSM

Hi there,

Small setup no 3rd location for tiebreaker -primary DSM-, (not an ideal setup) however thinking to use DSM on primary site and having secondary DSM on secondary site. Is it possible to make the replica lv online through secondary DSM in case if primary compellent and DSM are not accessible?
