SC8000 compellent is not coming up. iDRAC is accessible but the storage center is not booting up. SAS connection to the enclosure light is off. Any help on how to bring up the storage. How can I also get the management IP from the iDRAC interface.
Do you see any errors listed in the iDRAC? If you look at the power supplies is there a green light on them? Have you tried to plug your SC8000 into a different power source?
