It is possible that in MDS9124 has disabled management?

I have a mds 9124 i try to access by serial port or ethernet to management and does not work, i can only manage through another mds 9124 connected in the same network. Before it could manage, but not now. It is possible that has enabled some option to disable the management? Or is physical problem of mdc9124?

Hello,

What SAN-OS version are you running? There could be a couple of bugs causing this. Have you also tried connecting to the switch direclty using a cross over cable to rule out network issues? It is strange though that the serial port isn't working. That should always work. Did the serial port previously work?
