Where to download FabicOS upgrade for DS-200B ?
Hi all,
I have got 2 EMC DS-200B FC switches that I need to put into production ASAP. I have already spent an hour trying to find out where to download the relevant firmware. I cannot for the life of me find it.
Can someone please point me in the right direction ?
Thanks
- Alex

The only quickest way is to call your customer engineer. He has access to the firmware, can download it and send it to you.

Minutes are becoming hours .. however I feel something is arriving .. Erich is arriving
I'd say .. "when everything else fails, ask Erich"

If you're a customer, ask your CE.

I'm guessing if he didn't find it 6 years ago he might not need it any more...

Hi All,
Supported Emc firmware has now moved to the following location.
https://support.emc.com/downloads/7843_Connectrix---B-Series
If it was Emc connectivity supported switch I’d be say the model was a DS-220B, which can also be listed as a DS-200E.
You can confirm the model by looking at the article listed below.
Brocade switch types versus ASIC, versus FOS family code.
https://support.emc.com/kb/33539
Primus: emc112746
Please note the 220B model of switch became end of service life on the ‘31-Jan-2014’.
The only way to try to get old connectivity firmware that was at one time supported that is no longer listed on the website is by engaging the local Emc field team
Connectrix: How to obtain old firmware versions for Connectrix Switches
https://support.emc.com/kb/12369
Primus:- emc220383
Regards
Conor
