how to find when a zoneset was activated.

Is there a way to find out when was the last time a zoneset was activated? At what time?

In Fabric Manager click on "Events" tab ..you will see Event "Zoneset Changed"

Have you tried looking in device manager (GUI) under "logs, switch resident" ?
