First, there will be the Async then sync will come.

Yes, we want to be able to fail back in the easiest possible manner.

I don't think Snapshot replication will be part of the first drop.

Please contact me in PM so we can discuss the use-cases.

Hi @rajans,

This feature is on or list of new Container Storage Modules we are in process of releasing (see: https://volumes.blog/2021/04/06/dell-emc-container-storage-module-the-one-about-resiliency/ & https://volumes.blog/2021/03/29/introducing-dell-emc-container-storage-module-authorization/).

What technology you are looking for ? PowerMax ?

If you want to know more or share your use case please reach out to me directly on <Email id removed>

Thanks.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply This was a query from Unity/Powerstore customer . They wanted to know if the CSI driver will support full features of the replication technologies

when PVC is provisioned need to be replicated  either SYNC or ASYNC or local replication

SNAPSHOT replications

Ability to pause resume replications as needed

failover failback in the event of a disaster at the source site.
