Next Business Day On-Site Service is a type of hardware warranty support where a certified technician will be dispatched to your location to make necessary repairs. The onsite Field Service Representative (FSR) must call you the Next Business Day after receiving the parts to schedule an appointment.
Dell can usually fix your problem online or on the phone without dispatching a technician. If the online or phone technician determines that a part needs to be replaced it can be shipped and, if necessary, a third party technician can install it.
This service is subject to parts availability, geographical restrictions and terms of service contract. Service timing is dependent upon time of day call placed to Dell. U.S. only.
