2 in 1 broken screen
I am not sure if this is the correct place to post but my daughter received a 2 in 1 laptop with touchscreen for Christmas in 2014. She went to use it the other day and the screen was cracked.....it was fine when she closed it the night before and it was still in the location the next morning. We can't explain why it cracked....only thing we do know is that her 8 lb cat was sleeping on it. Don't know if her weight was too much....but wondering if it is possible to replace the screen?

Hello! Unless you have Accident protection on your laptop, Dell most likely will not repair the computer under warranty. It is possible the cat moved on the laptop enough to crack the screen inside even though 8lbs doesn't seem like a lot. You can always send a private message to Dell-Robert P. by clicking here.
