About shipping estimation appeared on order

I just placed an order on a PNY GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition. Surprisingly, the estimated delivery time is November 8th. I just wonder is this an accurate estimation? Or Dell will deliver the stuff fast?

It is a simple graphic card, unlike a computer, that does not require any configuration.

Just want a simple answer, thanks a lot in advance
