When looking at the dell 30 day return policy it says that they won’t accept the return of any custom products but it also says that they accept Alienware products. Does this mean that you can only return stock Alienware products and not custom Alienware products? Also will dell charge you a handling, restock, or tax for software issues like Alienware command center or for canceling the order before it is shipped within the 30 day period.
