Basically, I ordered the Alienware backpack last week and estimated delivery date was March 2 and carrier estimated date is March 5. Today is March 6, I called the carrier yesterday to confirm my shipment, the carrier said Dell just stop this shipment because my address has been changed. I said what? I promise I didn't made any address changed and this is unreasonable and ridiculous. I am quite afraid of the related security issues and customer privacy on Dell. I also called the customer service this morning and they give me the same response: the address has been changed so the order delayed.
