An order has appeared on my account that I have not made

I recently cancelled an order and received the refund today.  Thanks.

I checked my online account to see if my recent order was still there.  It is.  Moreover, I saw another order listed for today.  It is an error because I have not made another order.  The false order contains the same items as the order that I cancelled.

Who do I contact to ensure that my account is correct.  I have no orders at the moment.  My last order (on 20/05/2020) was cancelled.  No new order was made on 26/06/2020.

Sorry for not being able to respond to you in time. We're facing an unusual spike in volumes today, and we're only seeing your message now.

Could you provide the registered owner's name? I'll have it checked
