Aurora R10, order status

Hi,

I ordered an Aurora R10 online on Saturday. It was meant to be delivered in 4-5 days. When checking the status on Dell website, it says my order has been changed or cancelled. Can you please confirm my order is still live and give me a timeline for the delivery?
