Black Friday deal not honored, overcharged by $400
To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to express my extreme disappointment with Dell in general, and its customer service branch specifically.
On the eve of black Friday I have ordered an inspiron 11 3000 series for $299 (even though the add I received showed for $279 for preferred members).
However, the next morning I received the following:

I was charged much more than what I approved my sale for and what my final amount in the checkout cart indicated.
Furthermore, the order info showed I have stated that it was ordered 11/26, when in fact it was shortly past midnight on 11/25. I do have the confirmation webpage saved when I first completed the order
My wife was placed on hold for hours daily by dell customer service for an entire week, and then finally offered only $90 as a refund. They said, and I quote, "if you don't like the deal then return the laptop"
This is the 3rd laptop I purchased from dell and I am extremely disappointed at the service I have received so far.
