Bought a alienware desktop that takes forever to deliver

Hi,

Need some help. The executive assigned to me doesn't answer my questions. I bought a very expensive Alienware Desktop (USD 4,500) and the customer care I receive is terrible. I bought it in last week of february and I dont have dates for it to be delivered in Mexico (I live in MX).

I am scalating this thru this forum because I dont know how I can get a little bit of attention to my problem. Almost 2 weeks later and nothing.

Please help me.
