Broken Website - Dell Rewards, #3

I have had the same exact issue since December and it's driving me nuts!  In fact, I'm on the phone right now with Dell technical support and the guy keeps telling me "you'll see your rewards once they are awarded."  I have explained 3 times that I don't CARE about my rewards balance right now, I just want to see my account! Yet he continues to tell me "you'll only see your rewards once they are awarded."  Arghhh! I finally insisted on talking to someone above him and he asked if I wanted to talk to his "supervisor", so I said, "Yes, I'd love to talk to your supervisor".  His "supervisor" was on the phone, however, so a member of their support team is supposed to call me back "within 24 hours". We'll see, but this is stupidity at its finest.
