Bug in Dell Italy e-commerce site

The order recap page shows the shipping address wrong, using the province from the billing address. The whole purpose of the page is to check those fields, so it's rather unpleasant and scary.

Bonus bug: a bad label for the card number "ending", same as "expiration".
