COUPON (English/Italian)

Salve, volevo acquistare un nuovo Inspiron 500, anche grazie al fatto del coupon studenti che mi avrebbe concesso uno sconto, ma questo, nonostante sia per Inspiron, ed il notebook che volevo acquistare fosse di questa marca, non funzione, esibendo il seguente messaggio "Il codice del coupon è valido ma non ci sono articoli corrispondenti nel carrello". Ho chiamato ma mi è stato detto che non potevano aiutarmi. Mi dispiace in quanto ero pronto ad acquistare il suddetto notebook. Hello, I was buying a new Inspiron 5000, because of student coupon that wold have allowed me to have a discount, but the coupon didn't work (despite the fact that this coupon was specifically for Inspiron series). I called customer service but the operator said that this problem was not their responsability. I am sorry for this because, before, I was ready to buy the laptop. Best regards
