Can't change my account email
When I try to change my email, I get this message
"Your profile has issues. Please contact helpdesk. "
But I have no idea how to contact the help desk. All the help is either product support or purchase support I need a way to contact account support.
Any suggestions?.

Do you get this error with the Dell account & Dell community login or is this with your customer account?
Please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the registered email & the link you are trying to change the password from.
