I'd love to place an order for a printer, but there's no option to use my Dell Preferred credit, chat doesn't work...now what? I just ordered two laptops in March, but the whole site has changed and I no longer have access to my credit????

Dell Financial and Dell are actually two different organizations. Your credit account will have to be resolved by someone in the DFS customer care department. Here is their contact information.
Yes, it is. When you place an order the system checks to see if you have a DPA and asks if you want to use that method of payment. The dell.com customer care agents do not have access to customer's financial data, therefore a customer with a question about their DPA (Dell Preferred Account) would have to contact DFS (Dell Financial Services) customer care.
