Charged Twice
I have been chasing the unauthorized debit of $2259.99 on my Card by Dell for a week now. This is highly irresponsible and can be considered customer harassment. There are 2 transactions from Dell on 12th September (date of order) and 24th September (date of shipment) of the exact same amount.
Now the customer care (twitter) said that they have only one charge on 24th September (date of shipment). I checked with the bank too, and they said there is no pending credit transaction from dell on my account. Its just that dell debited the amount twice.
Please help, as the amount is huge and I am pretty worried.
